The lodge is situated at the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, approximately 25km from the airport on the banks of the Zambezi river. The Zambian border at Livingstone is exactly 9km from the hotel.

The lodge offers 83 comfortable, thatched covered rooms, which blend in perfectly with the lush green lawns. Rooms are graded as being double, twin, family, triple and de luxe.

Each room has satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, radio with alarm clock, safe and balcony/terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens stretching right down to the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe.
